HOW TO PROMOTE THE OFFER
1. Audit the Cyber rate once loaded
- Ensure all looks correct in your booking engine and the rate is active and bookable on all channels.
2. Feature the Cyber Sale on Your Website & Hotel Media Channels
- Highlight the 35% savings and bonus points in banners, pop-ups, and landing pages.
- Use the official campaign messaging for consistency.
3. Train Your Reservations & Front Desk Teams
- Ensure staff know the rate code (MKTCYB25) and eligibility requirements.
- Remind teams to mention that registration is required for the offer bonus points. It will not be automatically awarded, consumers must register on either IPrefer.com or PreferredHotels.com starting Nov 25.
4. Leverage Email & Social Media
- Send dedicated emails to your database announcing the Cyber Sale.
- Emails sent between Nov 25 - Dec 1 should note deadline of Dec 1 to Book and Register
- Emails sent between Dec 2-3, should note the deadline of Dec 3 to Book and Register
- Post on your social channels using campaign hashtags and visuals.
- Remind followers to register for I Prefer and book during the offer window.
- Utilize useful resources available to your hotel
