When is the 2008 EMEA Regional Meeting being held?
The Regional Meeting will be held 16 - 18 April 2008. The evening activities begin 16 April, at 7:00 pm with the "Welcome Reception." The last General Session will end by 3:00 pm on 18 April.

Are there special hotel rates?
Our member hotel is offering special rates, including pre and post extensions. Please click on the Dream Castle tab on this website for booking details.

What is the cost to attend?
The registration fee is $950. Additional attendees from the same property are $700. Hotel and travel expenses are an additional charge.

How do I pay my registration fees?
You will be invoiced in advance for your participation fee. Please indicate any special billing requests on the registration form. If you represent more than one hotel property, please specify which property or company should be billed for your fee.

How do I register?

What is the conference cancellation and/or substitution policy?
You may cancel without penalty up to 30 days prior to the event and substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the event, 50% of the fee will be invoiced. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the meeting will be invoiced in full. (When reserving your room accommodations, or any special activities, reservations become a personal responsibility and penalties may apply for late cancellations or no shows.)

What is the attire?
Business casual attire is appropriate for all events.

Will we have free time?
Due to the short meeting time, there are no free evenings scheduled.

Can I extend my stay with special rates?
Please contact the hotel directly for individual pre and post options.

Weather
The temperature in April should be mild, with an average high of 15°c/ 60°f during the day, dropping to 8°c/ 45°f in the evening; rain is always a possibility and a raincoat is recommended for possible showers.
