Once the registration form is submitted, an email will be sent acknowledging the registration request. A confirmation email will be sent once the request has been approved. Please do not book travel arrangements until participation is confirmed.
Notice of any cancellation must be sent in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. The following fee schedule will apply in the event of cancellation:

Visit the Events Calendar and click register next to the event you are interested in.
Where can I find details about an event?
Visit the Events Calendar and click on the event name, a box will open with additional information or contact the Sales Contact.
