Missing Point Requests will be directed to your designated Loyalty Ambassador by the Member Services team. To ensure smooth communication, it’s essential that we have the most up-to-date contact information for your Loyalty Ambassador.
Maintaining accurate contact details is a critical part of the Missing Points Request process. We rely on this information to ensure requests are sent to the correct on-property contacts. If there are any changes to your Loyalty Ambassador or other relevant hotel contacts, please notify us immediately so we can continue to support your property effectively.
